James Filsinger – General Manager
A veteran of more than 14 years in the travel industry, James Filsinger was appointed CEO of EZYield in November 2010. Prior to joining EZYield, he served as CEO and general manager for Moneydirect Ltd., an international joint venture between Sabre Inc. and Amadeus IT. As launch CEO, he successfully led the company through an aggressive global expansion to proactively address changing market conditions and anticipate client needs and requests for future product and service capabilities. In his 12 years with Sabre, Filsinger held a variety of leadership roles, including vice president of new business ventures, director of strategic marketing and director of ecommerce strategy. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s of business degree from Washington State University.
Michael Miller – Chief Technology Officer
Michael Miller, who joined the EZYield management team in October 2010, is responsible for the development and global implementation of advanced enterprise-level infrastructure, ensuring that EZYield’s remains the undisputed industry leader in Fuzionlink and distribution technologies. As a former senior engineer for the Walt Disney World Company in the 1990s, Miller is best known as one of the inventors of Disney FastPass, a revolutionary queuing technology that has since become a staple at Disney theme parks around the world. He was also on the founding team of Leap Frog International, a popular line of interactive educational products. As an entrepreneur, he developed firmware that is currently used in U.S. military radar systems. Immediately prior to joining EZYield, Miller served as director of corporate IT for Compass Knowledge Group, a firm that provides sales and marketing services to nonprofit universities.
Jennifer Ranno – Vice President, Global Sales & Marketing
Jennifer Ranno, who joined EZYield leadership as vice president of global sales and marketing in October 2010, is tasked with spearheading EZYield’s multichannel worldwide sales plan, managing strategic global marketing initiatives and maximizing exposure of the company’s technology solutions to hoteliers around the globe. Prior to joining EZYield, Ranno was iBahn’s vice president of sales for the Americas, where she led the sales team in the launch of the new IPTV technology while expanding channel partner relationships. Prior to that, Ranno led the ongoing sales and support efforts in her role as vice president of accounts, Americas, for hospitality software supplier SynXis/Sabre Hospitality Solutions. She has also held several national sales and marketing positions for Westin/Starwood Hotels & Resorts in both Dallas and Los Angeles.
