  Client Relationship Executive (multiple shifts are available)

Essential Duties: The Client Relationship Executive is responsible for supporting client accounts, answering emails and completing requests to modify or maintain accounts. Investigates and resolves customer concerns and account issues; and is responsible for processing account submission failures and properly classifying and notating each issue within the appropriate system. Responsible for implementing new client accounts; following procedure for collecting necessary information and ensuring the smooth and effective on-boarding of new clients.
